Welcome all members to the club championships of 2024. Date: June 1
The club championships is a one day tournament which means
the games are quite fast and we play as many rounds as we can.
The playing venue this year is my house in the suburbs of Stockholm and
if the weather allows, we will finish the day with a barbecue in my back yard.
Please register at least one day before the tournament so I can prepare the pairings.
Don’t forget to let me know if you need to cancel.
Rules
Format: As many rounds MacMahon as we can fit before dinner (barbecue).
Rules: Japanses territory scoring, komi is 6.5
Time settings: 20m + 3×10 or 30m + 1×10 (not entirely decided yet)
Handicap: reduced by 2-4, maximum 9 stones (Exact reduction depending on decision before tournament starts)
Not reported to EGF and does not yield Swedish VM points.
